Another baby?

Hi ladies. Just looking for some advice. So we have decided to try for another baby. So does anyone have any tips? Besides the obvious 😊 its been 6 years since my last pregnancy so im weary I'm older now. On both my kids it took around 4 months to happen but I was on the pill before we started where as this year I havent been taking it for over 2 years. So any advice would be appreciated!😊

The basics would be to track your cycles on an app and if you're relatively regular (eg 28 days), BD with your husband every 2 days for the 10-12 days in the middle third pretty much (so eg cycle day 9-21).

However - if that's too much to ask (which it is for many!) then combine tracking on the app with ovulation tests to give you a heads up of when to BD. If you get one of those smiley ones from clearblue you could start BD every 2 days when the flashing smiley comes up and then BD every day for 2-3 days when you get the static smiley.
