A year off fo the pill and no hint of a bfp. Positive stories needed

Hi all,

I stopped taking the pill just over a year ago and so far no hint of a bfp at all. I was lucky enough that my periods came back straight away which I thought was a good thing.

I'm late twenties, never been pregnant before and I can't help but feel worried. I am currently having some tests with the doctors to see if they can find anything wrong but I'd like to hear if anyone has any stories of becoming pregnant easily after a year. I keep reading most people get pregnant within a year.

I know this happens and I know there are lots of you that have been trying far longer so I feel bad complaining. I'm just feeling a bit down and my dh has dc already so I know if there is a problem it will be me.

So any good stories of this happening at this point to lift me up a bit would be lovelySmile

I'm not in the same boat as you so can't help I'm afraid but I would say why don't you comment on some of the other threads already set up on this topic and you might get more responses? ☺️ There's already a 'TTC - 12 months and longer' thread with lots of posts and I'm sure there will be positive stories there too 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also on the pregnancy boards you might find more stories, as naturally most people move there once they have their BFPs so most people reading this will still be in the ttc stage.
