Hi this is my very first month of bbt charting, just wondering is it normal for it to be so up and down or do you think it's my technique 🤦‍♀️ I take it at 6 am every morning but I am a bit of a restless sleeper. I don't think there's much chance of being pg as only dtd 5 days before ov.
Thanks 😊

That is quite erratic, and the 35.10 is basically implying hypothermia so I think it's incorrect. For that one in particular I'm thinking you must have been sleeping with your mouth open? Do you wear a mouthguard maybe or something like that? When it comes out that low, I'd probably wait 5 min with your mouth closed and lying still and then try temping again.

That said, FP temps can be quite jagged and at least your chart is showing a temp shift so the overall pattern is still there which is good.

If you find it continues like this and it bothers you, I'd suggest you try temping up the foof as that removes a lot of the external factors and produces a lot smoother charts.

Yes, I think I do sleep with my mouth open because I really struggle breathing through my nose.
I definitely didn't have hypothermia 😂 I think the other way you suggested might be the best way from now on.
Thanks for your help @Juno231
