OK this isn't fair heavy AF & Sickness

I got my AF yesterday 1st real one since stopping pill in Dec. And its sooo heavy bled through pad, underwear & pjs already and feel so sick 😭😭😭 not fair 🙈🙈 its like ive got 10 years of AF feel drained already 😪

I feel your pain!!!!
This happened to me on my first period after being on the pill for 8 years.
It was horrendous I thought I was bleeding to death 🤣 went all through my clothes and even through to my bedding! 😓
Lots of chocolate and hot water bottles ❤️
I take ibuprofen often and it actually lightens my period and actually stops on day 5 so may be worth a shot 😀

aww glad I'm not the only one 🙂 its a lot better today still heavy but under control. Been on pill 9 years and I'm TTC #2 this is my 1st cycle officially 2nd month trying hoping to be lucky and get a BFP very soon xx
