Really stressing out here. Got copper coil removed after 4 years just over a month ago. Had super regular 28 day cycle on coil with 6 days heavy bleed, periods were always pretty heavy and regular before coil but a little shorter. Since removal I am now 5 days late, had very light barely noticeable spotting for the last couple of days and very tender breasts for about 2 weeks. Noticed no change in discharge when I was due to ovulate this month either, which I always get. Very worried, countless negative tests and ttc first baby at age 30. Was promised there would be no effect on my cycle due to a lack of hormones but everything just feels totally out of whack. Worried things won't get back to normal again after reading threads of posts from other women having damage done to lining from coil. Anyone else experienced this? Did things go back to normal?
