Ovulation after chemical pregnancy

I tested faintly positive the first day of my missed period, 4th January and then unfortunately on the 7th Jan started bleeding heavily.

If I’m trying to work out when I ovulate this month, does anyone know if I’m counting from the first day of bleeding or the date my period would have been due?

The first day of the cycle is always the first day of the bleeding.
I'm sorry for your loss. 💔

I have had 2 chemical pregnancies and count the first day of bleeding as cd1. It can throw your cycle out a bit so it's best to track ovulation. The first time, I ovulated 2 weeks late, this time I was just 1 day late. Good luck for your next cycle x

Thank you. If I hadn’t tested, I wouldn’t even have known. Just one of those things I guess.

Will maybe write this cycle off, and start tracking next month

I did read you can be more fertile after a chemical but not sure how true it is x
