Signs of conception?

Hi all! It is our first time TTC and I was just wondering what anyone else’s symptoms where? I’m 6dpo, last night I had some tugging and period like stomache pains but nothing paracetamol didn’t fix, I’ve also broken out In spots and I’m sooooo tired! I don’t know are these signs of possible BFP to come? I’m so new to this :(

@Lovelily94 I would recommend you ignore symptoms in the TWW and only test at 12dpo or later. People will tell you they had all sorts of symptoms pre BFP, but scientifically pre- BFP and pre - period symptoms cannot be differentiated. You'll only cause yourself heartache to over analyse them
