Hi there ladies!

I am looking for advice. I've been trying to conceive for a while now with no luck. I am 33 with poly cystic ovaries. My body is extremely sensitive to sugar and makes my hormones go all over the place and I don't ovulate regularly. So I've made alot of changes to my diet, I've cut out sugar and fat etc. I've stopped drinking alcohol completely and the last 5 month's I have had regular periods( every 28 days) but still no luck with conceiving. I know I ovulate as I use opks and I can tell by the changes in my ewcm.

Anyways I've done some research and read that Coenzyme Q10 will help improve egg quality.

Has anyone tried this? Has it worked and what dose did you take? Also did you have any side effects?

Thanks ladies :)

Hello, I haven't but also read good stuff about it for both partners. We've been referred for IVF now, for make factor, and would be interested in hearing folks experience.

How long have you been trying? Please go to the GP as they can help more than you think

I’ve been taking it for the past month. I’m waiting to see if it’s helped work this month 🤞🏻 I’ve been taking one tablet a day of 400mg along with omega oil with DHA in.
AF is due this week so I’ll let you know if it’s worked! We’ve been trying since Oct but only took tablets from Dec

I take it but not for conceiving just for health benefits and energy. Check out _lydslife on Instagram she has a highlights about the tests shes just had for pcos on her page that she put up last week that I found interesting. In that the consultant recommended vitamins she should take for optimal health. Cq10 cant hurt though as it helps regulate blood sugar levels which can be an issue with pcos due to insulin resistance and itl help fertility, also get your partner to take it as its great for healthy sperm production.
