'Long' luteal phase - an issue?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows anything about the above? I know a short luteal phase can be an issue but is a long luteal phase a bad thing? Mine is about 16/17 days. I can't find much about it online but I did read something that said it can be an issue if progesterone rises too slowly. I'm 33, have been TTC #1 for around 6 months and nothing yet. I haven't got PCOS and ovulate around 13-15 days consistently (I get quite strong ov pain and have confirmed with OPK). Anyone have the same and got a BFP?

I don't think this would be an issue as your cycles will be about 29 - 32 days, which is very very normal. I would say a long luteal phase would be 20 days long or something, but i think 16/17 is normal
