Chemical, indent, bfp?

Hi all,
So I got a very very faint line on a frer at 8dpo, I am now 11 dpo and the line hasn't gotten any darker. Have taken other brands and they have been negative. First pic is 8dpo and second is today.
Maybe they are just indents?
I did have a miscarraige 22nd November so wondered if it could be left over hcg but I have since had a proper period which started 24th Dec and got a positive opk on cd14.
Please help, what do you think?

@Hopefullyttc2 In the last closer up picture I absolutely see a line and it looks pink to me...try another in the morning but I think that's a positive! 💕

SweetShopSurprise · 17/01/2021 17:17

I’d say that’s a line and you have your BFP OP? Congratulations. Can’t help with it not getting much darker I’m afraid, but they definitely don’t look like indents, they have colour! Hopefully it’ll get progressively darker over the next few days for you!

Hi I definitely see a line on both images! But I got a false positive/indent last cycle at 12DPO on an FRER as AF showed up two days late right on time so keep testing maybe and try not to get hopes up. I really hope this works out for you though keep the thread updated xx

I've attached my pic of my test to show you what I got

I hope this proves to be a bfp for you @Hopefullyttc2

I had a similar situation last month with positive frers every day for 5 days, but they were very faint and didn't really get darker. Digital said not pregnant, and cheapies were mostly negative or a hint of a shadow. Sadly it turned out to be a chemical. I hope that's not the case for you xx

@Hopefullyttc2 these were my tests in case it's useful

@treesall @Dex1521 Af has arrived and I was still getting faint positives on frers up until last night. Do you think its been a chemical or.false positives? I will never use frers again :( x

I'm so sorry @Hopefullyttc2. I would guess it's a chemical. Sounds very similar to my experience last month. I don't think it's the fault of the frers, but they are so much more sensitive they pick up the smallest traces of pregnancy hormone which other tests don't seem to. I'm sorry this month didn't work out for you. I hope next month results in a sticky bean for you xx

EmbarrassingMama · 20/01/2021 09:37

So sorry @Hopefullyttc2, that’s so upsetting. Sounds like a chemical rather than a false positive - it’d be unlikely to get multiple false positives.

Take care of yourself. X

This is very similar to my frers. I've taken them 7,8 and 9dpo and they all have this really faint line and it's not getting darker. Maybe frer has got bad evap lines now? I'm hearing that a lot on the amazon reviews for them. Here's mine:
