Spotting before af is this a prob? anyone got pg having 2 or more days spotting before af?

I'm being treated from a suspected short luteal phase. I know for a fact that I ovulated 12 days ago (as I've been having ultrasounds to pin point it). I've also been having hcg injections to support my luteal phase. Yesterday I had brown spotting and since then nothing apart from cramping. So i'm now not sure whether the spotting would interfere with getting pg. My cycle has been like this since having ds 2 yrs ago. Just wondered if anyone else has regularly had spotting for 2/3 days before af arrives and whether it will stop me getting pg?

Oh I had something like this. As I was ttc at the time I went to the doctors who said I had a cervical erosion. Sounds gruesome but it isn't a problem, no treatment and eventually, after having DS2 it cleared up.

The reason I went to the doctors is because I wasn't sure what it was and because I thought it was probably messing up my calculations of ovulation. Turns out I was right as I should have been counting from the 1st day of the real period not the break through bleeding as it turned out to be. Not sure if you have the same thing but ceratainly the bleeding sounds the same.

i get it every other month 2 days spoting then proper bleed have done since my periods started 7years ago have beutiful but naughty dd and were currently ttc #2
