BBT. Guidance please??

I've been taking my bbt since the 6th of January. I got a peak reading on OPK on the 10th and premom app says my ovulation day was Monday 11th. As you can see we did the deed 👍

However I'm looking at my chart and its all so new to me. Is someone able to tell me if I've ovulated or not this month by looking at this chart? Please help me. ❤❤❤

Hmm could have been 11th but I think it more likely to be 14th as you've got 3 temp increases after this. FWIW I find fertility friend the best app for plotting bbt.

If it was 14th, Mondays would have been the only deed to have made even a bit of difference wouldn't it?xx

Well any day in the week proceeding (or day of) ovulation could get you pregnant, but you're more likely the closer you are to ovulation day. No point worrying about it this month though, wishing you lots of baby dust!

Wondering if anyone can help me please

I've been temping past two month and doing OPKs. I Usually get a positive opk between CD 11/12 but this month I only got high then low. Was wondering if by my chart and opk someone can help me if I have deffo ovulated please?

My guess would be the 10th or 11th. I think that FF predicts ovulation after 3 increasing temps above base line, so will probably put crosshairs on for you tomorrow.
