As the Post Pill Party fills up, the lights are dimmed and the music drops a beat. The lead singer of this rambunctious band shouts: Mosh Pit!! The ravers all storm for the small space in front of the stage allowing their bodies to dance to the beat however the f* they want!! You go ladies!!

This is the 7th post pill party thread for women whose bodies aren’t quite dancing to the expected rhythm: we have delayed ovulation, crazy long follicular phases, crazy short follicular phases, light AFs, short luteal phases, long luteal phases, confusing temp charts and blindingly white OPKs!

@moocher90 that's very frustrating. Usually when I'm left in limbo land like that it means I haven't ovulated. My chart from the month past shows lots of activity (although no +OPK) followed by a slight increase in temps... but no ovulation confirmed. I usually have several attempts at ovulation before I finally get there x maybe your body will try again in a few more days x

@Emmgrem oooohhh I can definitely see a shadow of a line there! This was my FRER at 11dpo and I reckon it would have been very similar to yours at 10dpo!

I tested this morning (working towards my BFN) and my line was so much lighter than two days ago! So I've got a spring in my step 🥳 pizza and cocktails last night have helped with my good mood haha!

@Kay00 I have attached my chart! Its so frustrating as I had a peak on opk and static smiley on clearblue :(

I've temped this morning and yesterday (despite not having temped the full rest of the month!) and looking promising for having ovulated CD20. Taking your advice @Kay00 and got some B Complex, so started taking that yesterday (the # note on my chart) so hopefully in the game this month. Gasping for a coffee today but might need to start on the decaf! Have you temped since Friday? Are you still hypothermic?! 🙈

Sorry your chart is not giving you answers at the mo @Moocher90 😭 Maybe your body will give you another try at ovulation this cycle? Otherwise hope you get AF quick - think the odd anovulatory is totally normal. I read that most folk do get one or two a year anyway, not that it will make you feel better right now!

CD24 for me today and I think I ovulated yesterday (hopefully!) my temp has jumped up this morning. But still not sure yet, will keep peeing on OPK's to pass the time today 😂

It’s my fifth day bleeding here but still not proper AF so don’t even know what CD to call this. Sigh. Last month it kicked in on like day 7 of this light bleeding. I decided to message the Doctor yesterday. I’d like the day 3 and 21 blood tests done as I really do feel there’s something not right with my hormones - 12 days of bleeding / super short lp. Don’t know how I’d even do the blood tests accurately though as when is cd 1 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ But hopefully he rings me tomorrow and says I can have them even though I’m not quite at the one year mark yet.

@Flowers222 how long does it take ovusense to confirm ovulation on the first cycle using it?

@crabette thank you! I still had my one cup of coffee every day in pregnancy, just moved to caffeine free diet coke and decaf tea! So I'd keep up with the coffee for now at least 😜 I'm really hoping this is your month! ❤️

@ChinChilly ooh, confession: they were professional 😂 there's a delivery service local to us so we treated ourselves! Have actually treated ourselves to more for next weekend too! We're ridiculously optimistic that I'll get pregnant again right away so may as well drink together while we can 😂

@LauraT94 @Cams50 thank you! My apps are confusing me though as premom was peak on Fri, then yesterday but now showing as today! Femometer has me 'peak' for the last 3 days... 🤷‍♀️ I'll temp tomorrow to see if it sheds any light, so I stop going down google black hole!

@crabette well done with the B Complex, hopefully they work as well for you as they do for me 🤞 and haha, yeah, my temp came back up to 36.1 the next day... so just putting temp down as an anomaly.

Im taking my first Soy Isoflavones tonight 😬😬😬 I really hope they help me ovulate sooner!!

@Moocher90 it can take anywhere from 3-5 days for OvuSense to confirm ovulation. Like FF it looks for a sustained rise in temperature using the green line showing the rolling average. Unfortunately, like @Kay00 has said it doesn't look like you have ovulated from your chart, sorry ☹️

I'm CD9 today but had a lot of ewcm yesterday so I'm not sure what's going on. Might start the opks a day early just in case...

Have been keeping up with the messages and listening to everyone’s advice..... think I’m starting to understand a bit more!!
So my BBT graph is all over the place..... it keeps moving my ovulation day but equally I am struggling with the temp taking as I am a really light sleeper and probs wake up every half hour ish between 5 and 7 before alarm so I’m unsure if my readings at 7am have even been correct. I know my bbt will be all over the place as only stopped pill 4th jan but..... I thought I ovulated around 14th jan so day 10 ish on here as I had the pains and EWCM..... can you get the pains and it just be nothing? Main question is how my timings might effect bbt as I’m not expecting perfect ovulation on first month!
We’re basically just madly dtd mainly due to our puppy taking over our lives in October snd November so losing all sex life!!

@Ttcin2021 hello! That does look anovulatory so far. Waking up in the mornings will have an effect but I don't think it would have prevented you from spotting a temp shift. Is your first wake up roughly around the same time? Might make more sense for you to be temping at 5 am than 7 am if that's the case.

@ChinChilly looks like you're having a secondary oestrogen surge. Great chart though - how are you finding BBT?

@ChinChilly could it be anything to do with covid? Maybe that's making your temp go up and down a bit?

@Ttcin2021 you can definitely get pains and it be nothing, when you come off the pill your body plays all sorts of tricks on you and mimics pregnancy & period symptoms. Haha I know what you mean about the puppy! Ours is nearly 6 months now and the only time we really get to ourselves is the evenings or first thing in the morning 🤣

CD25 today, had a temp dip this morning so woken up in a really low and confused mood as I thought I might have ovulated over the weekend. I did wake up at 2am and 5am on Sunday morning so I don't know if this impacted my temp or not.

@Juno231 it’s not as difficult as I thought it would be, I tend to just go straight back to sleep, sometimes with the thermometer still in my trap 😂

@MissC07 I did wonder about whether covid was effecting my temps, I had an unsettled night last night too so wondered if that effected my temps 🤔 your chart does look like your body atleast attempted to ovulate. Hopefully the restless night just messed your temps up abit

Morning All.

A very squinty 11dpo FRER turned into a less squinty 12dpo FRER over the weekend.... then today I got a 14dpo BFP 2-3 on a CB Digital.

I'm very much in shock, and given my age (40 next week), history of CPs and my MMC before having my son I'm feeling pretty terrified but so thankful to be in with a shot. Called GP this morning and they've prescribed me 5mg of Folic Acid daily plus Vitamin D, and said to take those instead of Pregnacare.

Have self referred to midwife team and will see how things go from here. Praying for a sticky bean.

It seems that the slight brown spotting last week must have been IB and not AF as I thought at the time.

Did I tell you ladies I got a letter from the NHS on Friday to say my appointment has been cancelled? Then got another letter through saying it's been rescheduled to a phone appointment two days earlier lol. So it's on Monday next week!

Do you have pics of your squinty at 11DPO? Did you use FMU? I had a squinter at 10DPO yesterday and it's gone this morning pretty much at 11DPO so I'm really confused now or wondering whether it was an evap or if I should still be hopeful

@Emmgrem I'm sorry your squinter has disappeared. If it was a squinter at 10dpo, your HCG should have doubled enough in 48hours to give you a reliable result tomorrow ❤️ sorry that you're stuck in limbo and unsure!
