HELP!

Just a quick question ladies, I’m currently mid way threw my cycle, around my high contraception days leading to my ovulation, today I have noticed some blood in my discharge, I was kind of worried until I saw you can have ovulation spotting! Has any body had this? Should I go to the doctors? It’s happened for the last 3/4 months! I don’t get any pain or anything and there is no where enough to fill a pad or a tampon it’s only when I wipe and it lasts maybe for a couple of hours Max!
Any info would be great!! Xx

I had this last month for the first time in a while. I used to get it often, but then it seemed to stop when I gave up dairy weirdly.

Doctor was insistent it was not a problem and was common.
I do have endometriosis though, so I don't know if mine is something to do with that.

I have had this monthly for years. I like knowing when I am ovulating
