If you don't need lubricant then it won't do anything. If you do need lube to have sex, using pre seed is better than regular lube because it is a better environment for sperm to survive in. Your own fertile cervical fluid is the best though, as nature has designed that for sperm.

Been trying for a few months, we tried pre-seed last month and I’m now pregnant. Not sure if coincidence but theirs nothing to lose trying it.

Just anecdotal but I took 5 months to conceive using pre seed but I got pregnant straight away when I wasn't using it next time round.
