Been trying to conceive for a year now and nothing, not even a squinter of a line. I just want to get my bfp right now 😩

Anyone else becoming increasingly impatient?!

Yep!! I’m with you there..been TTC since July 2019 and nothing! Waiting for a referral date from the fertility clinic.

Feeling really fed up this month and don’t know what else to try. It’s so hard seeing the rest of the world (friends and online) getting pregnant and even having their babies in that time.

Just wanted to say you’re not alone and our time will come x

Just thought that I would jump on this to say, I completely understand how you feel.

We are currently 4 years into TTC with absolutely nothing so far. You are so right - seeing friends get pregnant etc. is heartbreaking. I cannot cope with people asking me when I am having kids - it's like I am not complete as a woman until I've birthed children!

Thankfully we start IUI this month after around a year of fertility tests etc. so I'm feeling hopeful! Stay positive xxx

So sorry you’ve been on this journey for four years, I honestly don’t know how you’ve stayed sane! This is mentally the hardest thing I’ve ever been through for sure.

I think the moment when you hold your baby in your arms must be even sweeter when you’ve been through quite a journey to get there so I just keep trying to hold that image in my head and know that that time will come one day.

Bless you OP. Having trouble conceiving is such a hard thing to go through. Emotions run bloody wild I know! Now you've hit the year mark have you thought about having fertility investigations? A lot of the time there is nothing wrong but it's peace of mind having stuff ruled out. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant. It took 3 and a half years, down to unexplained infertility. I hope it doesn't take that long for you but I'm just saying it will eventually happen! A year is actually very normal! Hugs x

@Riviera90 thank you for your kind words! I know what you mean, it seems like everyone else is in the world is having a baby! I feel like we have tried everything too but nothing seems to be working. I agree, I think when you do finally get your baby after trying for so long, it hits differently! x

@LouiseElle sorry you have been on this journey for so long, can't be easy! One of my friends has had a baby and expexting another in the same amount of time we have been trying... really difficult! I hope IUI goes well for you x

@CoffeeAndCaramel congratulations!! Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy 😌 sorry I should have mentioned, I have had the blood tests which all seem OK, dp has had his swimmers checked which all seems OK, just a tad on the low side. We are waiting to be referred to fertility clinic but God knows how long that is going to take! X
