(Help!) Menstrual cycle issues before embryo transfer

Hi everyone
My cycle is being monitored for a natural cycle frozen embryo transfer (FET). My consultants over the years have never taken seriously my belief that my uterus/endometrium was damaged following an ill-advised D&C many years ago. After every check they tell me my uterus/endometrium is 'perfect'. However, I know it isn't, which is why I could never get pregnant again after the D&C. My menstrual blood flow became half what it used to be and only for 2-3 days instead of 4-5 days. Every time I tried to get pregnant I started to cramp from about day 21. Doctors brushed aside my concerns. IVF embryo transfers never worked (even with good quality embryos). This time around I decided to try natural cycle (which I recently learned is an alternative) for FET. The clinic in London has been monitoring me from day 9 (two days ago). And I was using Clearblue ovulation monitor too. Day 9 endometrium was 6.7mm, day 10 was 8.2mm. Then day 11 this morning I saw the ovulation LH surge on the test stick. But the scan at the clinic showed my endometrium is now down to 7.6mm (it was 8.2 yesterday). They took a blood test and I am waiting for their call with the results. Anyone here experienced something similar? The personnel in the clinic (including my consultant) are so detached, mostly act like they don't care, with the exception of a few. I am at my wits end. So many years, medications, and tens of thousands of pounds spent with no hope. Now I am thinking it may be better to try surrogacy with the few embryos left. Not my preferred route, a last resort. I will be grateful for any suggestions or advice. Thanks in advance. Be safe during these difficult Covid-19 times.

Hi, I hate to be that person to cling onto an old post but I don’t suppose you ever got any answers on this? I am having the EXACT same issue. I have three embryos left to use but I feel like I would be wasting them as I KNOW they will not attach! I hope you got your happy ending one way or another x
