Day 3 test results - help?

Is anyone able to shed light on day 3 blood tests? Specifically the correlation between FSH, LH and oestradiol? I'm getting a lot of conflicting advice from Dr Google and my GP is pretty unknowledgeable when it comes to fertility.

My FSH is 6.8 which I understand is pretty good, but my LH was 3.2. I thought they were supposed to have a pretty similar figure? Is my LH too low or not a concern?

Similarly my oestradiol was 118 pmol/L and I've read things online that say this figure is fine but also that it's too low...

Any help gratefully received!

I’m no expert with what the numbers mean, or need to be, but I was referred to a fertility consultant who did my day 3 and day 21 bloods.

These were my results

Day 2 - serum prolactin - 144miu/L
- serum testosterone 0.7nmol/L
- serum TSH - 0.9miu/L
- serum LH - 2iu/L
- serum FSH - 5iu/L

Day 21 - serum progesterone - 67nmol/L

When I had my follow up appointment with her she said all my numbers were perfect and exactly what they’d be looking for.

Your FSH is only a little above mine, and your lh too, so I’m thinking yours is probably all good too 🤷🏼‍♀️

I got my bfp 2 days ago so whatever the numbers mean they can’t have caused much of an issue for me.

Firstly congrats on your BFP and secondly thank you for your help! She didn't seem to think it was an issue your LH was low then? Hopefully it's nothing, I just got a little worried when I read the numbers were supposed to be pretty much equal!
