Low progesterone

Hey everyone,

I've been following this site for a while but never signed up. I got really emotional today when my Dr told me that my progesterone level was very low. Just to give you a summary, I'm 35 yo, always had a history of irregular periods, hormones within the range but testosterone and prolactin on the higher side. They're still within the normal range but right at the high end. Prolactin has been over the range at times. Today I was told that my progesterone is very low, it was just 0.2. I got it done on the 34th day of my cycle which is erratic, it was 47 days last time. I was told to do it 13-14 days before my end of cycle. I'm also experiencing vaginal dryness and got myself a lubricant, it was never this bad before. My hair is super dry and my skin just doesn't feel the same. I went through mental trauma in 2018-2019 which left me in depression and anxiety. I'm pretty devastated, been trying to conceive since about 6 months, not sure if I'm ovulating, started taking Agnus Castus 40mg drops 3 weeks ago along with Evening Primrose Oil 1000mcg. I'm overweight and struggling with weight loss especially with the intermittent lockdowns. I get headaches at certain times of my period, sometimes before the period and sometimes mid cycle. I've been referred to the fertility clinic to get more tests done such as AMH etc and my husband has been referred too for sperm testing.

I just want to speak to other women here who've had similar issues, can you please tell me what helped? I really wish there was a magic wand that could resolve our fertility issues. I'd really appreciate all you suggestions and help! Sending you'll lots of love and positivity 💕
