currently 4DPO & the tww is killing me already.
what do you do during the two weeks to keep you sane?

I have been trying for a baby for the last year properly, I have been tracking with OPKs and BBT. I haven't tracked bbt this cycle though.

Feeling hopeful that this year is my year.

Hi, I feel your pain! The tww is hell. I'm currently 6/7 dpo. Last month I analysed every twinge. This month no symptoms whatsoever, no idea if that's a good or a bad thing. This is only my 3rd cycle.

In terms of sanity, I've found reading these blogs really comforting, nice to know one's not alone especially when DH tells you your bonkers for getting so worked up!

Hi can I join? Only 1 dpo first cycle TTC number 2. My DD turned 2 at Christmas and we never thought we would want another but loving having a little toddler around at the moment.
Last time we conceived on my 3rd cycle but first one using the Clearblue ovulation sticks so we have used them this time around. Time will tell
If it works for us I guess.... no idea how I’m going to pass the next 2 weeks think I’m going to give myself a decorating project!

hi @Smartiesandhugs! how exciting! All fingers crossed for you. Will you hold out on testing do you think? I can't decide which DPO is the safest to test. Last month I ploughed through about 2 tests a day from about 6dpo (stupid i know). The disappointment was heartbreaking every time

Thank you, you too. I’m going to hold out until 10dpo if I can..... not sure I will be able to!!
I know last time I tested at 6dpo and got a negative and then had a weird feeling at 9dpo and I just knew I was pregnant. Did a test and it was positive

Can I join? Currently 1 dpo been trying for last 3 years and in need of some sort of company during the wait

@Smartiesandhugs I’m feeling totally and utterly normal. More than normal! It’s so frustrating. 99% it’s a bfn for me this month even though we dtd every other day during fw. Tomorrow is 9dpo, think I might cave and test although, because I know it’ll be a stark white stick, I’m tempted to wait another day or so so at least I can keep the hope alive for a little longer! How about you? DH has told me I’m ridiculous 😂

Hi everyone ☺ so weird i have never experienced this before so any theories would be great about 1 hour ago I was getting these cramps and the only real way of describing them as is like horrible pierod type pain? It was in the front and in the lower back and light pressure down below but ease after about 30 mins or so?? I am clueless as never felt this before and help would be appreciated

@coffee1988 I’m only 2dpo so I’m currently imagining symptoms as I know there’s no way I would be feeling anything yet 😂
@J2021 could be a bit early but could be implantation pain?

@Smartiesandhugs I was wondering that but only had a positive ovulation test yesterday so in the woods will just have to wait it out will start testing from the 25th as it would be 11 dpo, hopefully after a long 3 years and 2 months of ttc this is my month🤞

Can I join? I'm currently 2 DPO. Had a positive ovulation test a few days ago. I'm already driving myself insane. My hubby and I had been TTC for 3 years now. I have pcos so it's proving difficult for us.

@Lnr27 i am in the same situation 2 dpo today and have been ttc for around the same lenght of time as you have hopefully this will be our month 🤞 I am itching to test but know its not even possible as of yet so doing everything I can to distance myself from my test box 😂😅

Just caved and tested at 9dpo and not even a whiff of a line. I know it’s not an absolute no for this month but not feeling hopeful. Gutted.

I was getting really down about it towards the end of last year. My husband is adamant he has a good feeling about this year. Bless him he does keep me sane!

I had to put my baby box on the top shelf that I can't reach.

Im 5dpo 2nd cycle.
If I don't get a bfp this month I'm going to get opks for next cycle.
I've had sore boobs since ovulation and had period pains for past 2 days but I'm putting that done to a dose of thrush I've got.
Not sure whether to test at 10dpo or wait to see if AF comes.

@Lnr27 thats good to have someone to keep you sane my partners the same I hope that this year is the year too🤞 feels like forever trying and I know the wait is so worth it so I keep reminding myself that it maybe taking long but it will happen when its supposed to happen

I'm 4 dpo today and I can't believe how slow it's going. If one more person tells me to just relax and it will happen - I'll explode. Fingers crossed for everyone here

@Lnr27 yeah I know it literally somehow feels like the longest wait ever this month for some reason 4dpo for me today and the wait is crippling me😅

Can I join? Haven't been properly ovulating/having periods regularly since son was 1.5 and he's 4 next month that's how long we've been trying.
However I actually ovulated with all the symptoms!! And am now 4dpo. Currently sitting on my hands as I know testing is pointless just now.
Keep thinking even if it's not this month hopefully I will ovulate again. Feeling very aware of my body at the moment every twinge or ache. Sending luck to you all x

4 dpo is very early. I'm 7dpo today and sick of waiting already! Fingers crossed for you.

I was, but had no idea when to do it so was testing every day which worked out pricey and depressing so left it for a while and started noting symptoms bbt cm etc on an app. I suddenly had a lot of symptoms and happened to catch myself at the start of my fertile days which was exciting. I have no idea why it's not happening regularly doctors have just told me to relax and it will happen and suggest losing weight which I have been doing anyway. I don't have pain but have months and months with no period or irregular one day bleeds in between. I think as I already have one child, they don't take you quite as seriously or at least that is what I've experienced. I'm driving myself mad counting the days 🙃

They are quite expensive. I find the best ones are the cheaper ones. I have used the clearblue but I don't think it's worth it due to the cost. Worst thing you can say to someone in our situation is relax!! Drives me mad!

@bcrvmama yes 7dpo today! I'm having what feels like period pains today. Now and again I can feel some pressure. Can't wait to test so I know either way!!
