Anyone's BFN at 9dpo turned to a BFP?

Hiya, I'm 9dpo and took a test this morning and was a BFN. I know it's super early still, and if I am pregnant implantation may not have happened, but just wondering if anyone tested at this stage and got a BFN which turned into a BFP?

I'm probably clutching at straws, but I just feel different this month....

It really depends on the brand of test you used? If it was an internet cheapy strip then yes still in with a chance, if it was a first response could go either way

@ELBlack I would say your still in with a chance to get a BFP. I tested yesterday at 10DPO and it was neg but I'm not giving up yet, that is still early for testing I should have waited but I'm impatient, haha. I'm not due on till this weekend so I'm going to hold off testing until then if AF doesn't appear.🤞

Thanks @allthingssparkly nice to have the reassurance. I just took another test with a frer and I have a very, very faint pink line. I've tried taking pics but i don't think you can see them. My DH can see it in real life, and I facetimed my best friend and she can see it in the pics and on the call eek.

@ivfbeenbusy sorry, I didn't see your message! The stark white negative was an IC but then I did a frer and there is a very faint pink line. My DH got the unused one out the pack to see if there is a line on all of them and the unused one has a faint grey line. My line is pink, but hard to know whether that's because of the reflection from the test line. Only thing to do is wait a couple days and go again 🤷‍♀️

yes I didnt get my BFP until 13DPO so you are still within a chance :)

Yep. I didn't get my bfp until 12dpo

Thanks @purplepoppet92 and @littleeggcup I am going to hold off until Friday as that will be 11dpo and hopefully if the faint line on my frer was start of bfp and not indent, something will come up 🤞

Yep I had BFN at 9DPO then positive on FRER 11DPO with both pregnancies - any other tests were negative - I even wrote this on my Ovia app at 11DPO .... xx

I was 9dpo and took a test last night, I think I can see a line. I’ve just joined but can’t post a picture for 48 hours. Would love to see what you ladies think, I may just be going crazy in the 2ww!

I was feeling tentatively excited, and then felt so sad when I saw the indent on my unused frer. Going to test in the morning and see 🤞

I am 9dpo tomorrow and although I promised myself that this month I absolutely, definitely would not test early I think I will start my POAS journey tomorrow! 🤫 I have 2 frer and have just ordered more. I am so bad and have no willpower when it comes to this. Fimgers crossed for you and let us know how you get on OP x

Thanks @carolba I'm the same. Each month i tell myself I won't symptom spot or test early, but here I am 😂 I did another one this evening and it is much darker than the one this afternoon. I can see it without squinting and my DH said the same. The only thing giving me hope it's not an indent is the fact it came up a lot darker than before I peed on it 😂

@sweetShopSurprise I've not had any glaringly obvious ones tbh. I had tingly hot and itchy legs for 2 days from about 6dpo to 8dpo but not sure it's that's related to pregnancy. Mild headaches, some yellow tinged cm when I wiped, once on 2dpo and once on 8dpo. Lots of gas 😳 and mild cramping on 8dpo.

Thanks @amz6219 I'm slightly worried it might end up in chemical because hcg is high enough for digital, but I have no evidence of that even being a thing...

Well stupidly I took my frer this morning at 9dpo and I have what seems like a very very faint line, DH can see it vaguely in real life but it doesn't show on photos so totally inconclusive! Now I will spend all day scrutinizing it and driving myself mad until I can test again tomorrow.

Don't worry @ELBlack about your HCG levels, with DD I got a positive on a digital at 10 dpo and the lines went from strength to strength really quickly. I have had 2 cp in the last 3 months and both times didn't get a positive on a digital until about 16/17 dpo and my lines only got darker really slowly so fingers crossed for a very sticky bean and lovely stress free pregnancy for you ..... eeekkkk your pregnant!!!!

@carolba thank you so much. That's made me feel loads better! My best friend is also pregnant at the moment and she got a positive on a digital at 9dpo and is now nearly 14 weeks, so I am feeling optimistic, but shocked lol!

That's so annoying! That is exactly what my frer looked like yesterday morning. A real squinter!! I then took another frer in the evening and although faint, it wasn't a squinter. Really hoping you get a BFP and everyone else too.

How long did you hold for before testing in the evening? I am so tempted to lol. I keep changing my mind with the test I have done, one minute I'm like, no that's negative and then the next I am like, there is definitely a line there!!

@carolba yes our first. I don't remember how long, but I peed in a cup, and it had more colour than normal so I did the test. If you can judge your wee that way, I would recommend.

Congratulations @ELBlack. I took a first response rapid response last night and it came back a strong positive, I’m still in shock as I didn’t think a rapid response test would come back this early with such a strong result

I was 10dpo when I took the test and got a positive. I have calculated my due date as 28th September. I have dating scan booked for 15th March so will know if I’m right then
