Might be a silly question but.....

I've gained about half a stone over December & Christmas and feeling very bloated and unfit, I try and walk a bit everyday but obviously it's not really getting my heart pumping so I'm thinking to start jogging seeing as the gyms are not likely to open anytime soon (I love a cross trainer at the gym which is my usual exercise & unfortunately have no space at home to buy one) - question is, I'm currently in my 2WW of cycle 6 will I do any harm to my chances of TTC this month by going for a few runs? I'll may get to 5k at the most so not anything too strenuous - just feel like I need to sweat & burn some fat if that makes sense?!
Sorry if this is a stupid question!

Hey @hopefully2021 how are you? I have read before that if your body starts to get too hot then implantation can be an issue but I don’t know how true that is. I’m a gym goer, love to exercise....so usually I do more strenuous stuff in my first half of cycle and then when I think I’ve ovulated I just stick to light cardio and weights.

Hopefully you’ll get a BFP this month, otherwise maybe if AF does come then in the first couple weeks run and skip. Skipping does wonders. Also you could get some little weights 2/3/4kg and start working out with those. Weights are really effective for weight loss and if you do a good workout - you’re still burning calories for the next 3 days!!
