Any body else like me where they have a wait for it..... 46 day cycle? This is me at the moment. I've been having positive opks since Sunday and I'm worried...surely they should be decreasing by now but aren't and what if its because I'm not ovulating? I am so worried. Anyone else successfully conceive with long cycles??

Could possibly be the onset of the menopause. How old are you?

I'm assuming from your username that you were born in 1991 so 29, 30 this year?

Alfxn · 12/01/2021 20:17

I've been there, my cycles varied from 6-8 weeks at random and I'm now pregnant after a few months of trying! I suspect PCOS in my case even though it was not confirmed by the time i fell pregnant.

Also, positive opks can indicate pregnancy... have you done a test?
