4 days DPO - anyone else in the TWW

This is my first cycle of trying to concieve our second child. I'm 4 days DPO and trying not to sympton spot because I know it's too early, but I'm feeling rubbish today and can't help but google every possible pregnancy symptom! Anyone else in the same boat?

@EmiGoiko was negative yesterday but was too early so still in it. Twinges galore and v dizzy yesterday and day before a few days after the spotting. Spotting also never came back so that can only be good. We will see.

Ah shame, but it's still so early. When are you going to try again? All the signs are good so fingers crossed 🤞

I feel 100% fine today, so clearly was just a cold. No symptoms at all today 😐

I caved and tested today at 9dpo, which made things worse as it was a BFN. I really should learn some patience but on the plus side it was only an internet cheapy so not a huge waste of money.

Boo on the BFN, but It's probably too early so don't be disheartened! How long will you hold out to test again?

@EmiGoiko haha how long I will hold out is anyone's guess! Ideally until Sunday as that would be 12 DPO so should be late enough

First month TTC and I thought I’d absolutely be a go with the flow kind of person. Didn’t expect to be so obsessive! Trying to be patient and not test yet.

@EmiGoiko a cold may be a good sign! Apparently your immune system can go a bit iffy (to stop your body thinking the baby is an invader or something), so fingers crossed! I think I had cold type symptoms when I was pregnant last

@Calab51uts hard isn’t it! Mines die between 22-27th so going to wait until then to see if af comes. How about you?

Hi! I'm 4 DPO. Haven't had any symptoms/funny feelings yet. Was doing two test this day next week and again on the 24th if I can wait that long! When is everyone going to test? I've no idea when I'm due period as I'm only a month off the pill but ClearBlue OPKS showed peak fertility at the weekend so going to work off that.

Same also planning to wait to AF is due, to avoid feeling disappointed....if I have the willpower haha.

Hi @Rmd123 they day you don't normally get symptoms prior to implantation and that doesn't happen until 6 to 10 dpo. So I think we are probably all just a bit keen!

Next week sounds like it might be worth a shot based on your OPKs - given i think they suggest waiting until at least dpo 10 to test

@EmiGoiko yeah that's what I was thinking! I think we just convince ourselves it's happening and watch out for any funny feelings which would have happen anyway!

I know it is really hard not to focus on every little feeling! I think lockdown and being stuck at home doesn't help.

I've not got any more tests so am trying to force myself to wait until weekend as due Monday
