Ovulation confusion

Hello, I’ve posted a couple times about ovulation but I’m still extremely confused. So I’ve been tested since cd10 so I could see what’s going on. I have 33/34 day cycles. I got quite a dark test still not positive but I thought I am on cd17 this is it! I’m going to get a positive. Held wee for 3 hours and had the lightest test yet! Why do I fluctuate I could still ovulate around 18/20 but not sure. Anyone had anything similar ?

Hi @JB14C Opks can be so confusing can't they?!

It's very possible that you haven't hit peak yet, I have cycles the same length as yours, between 32-34 days and I didn't have my peak this month until day 21! I would just keep testing, sometimes you can't tell your pattern until you've been doing it for a few months. Are you DTD every couple of days anyway just in case?

Hello, ah possibly m. I have no idea I’ll do another test later but I’m getting a bit fed up ! Yes atleast every other day sometimes everyday. Dtd yesterday and using conceive plus. Xx

I got like that a couple months ago with the tests too so I had a break from doing them. After a month I felt ready to give them another go. Maybe stopping for a while would be good for you? As long as you're DTD regularly you're covered.

How many cycles have you been ttc for?

@Bowsie15 yeah it gets a bit over whelming, don’t it . I’ve done another test and it’s the lowest it’s ever been so I think I’ve missed my peak! Thank you xx

Sorry to jump on here, I've just posted an OPK question but it wasn't picked up by anyone - I'm new to using them but have the same all by the looks of things.

Below shows 0.67 then a few moments later I took another photo of the same picture and it was 0.16! (More realistic for CD9). I'm so confused why there's such a difference!

I managed to delete the 2nd photo which is annoying - after scanning it in and it reading 0.16.
It was only captured about 1 minute after the first. Strange!
