No period- how will I conceive ?

I’m currently 9months pp- exclusively breastfeeding and we’re wanting to try for baby no.2 in the next 3/4 months. I haven't had a period, so how will I know when’s the best time to try ?

So if you have had zero periods, you are not ovulating. You could, in theory, ovulate at any time but my understanding is that you may need to wait until you cut down on breastfeeding?

What the previous poster said. You'll need to cut down enough to prompt your cycles starting again.
