Does anyone know if claiming a crown/root canal is free whilst under nhs maternity exemption?

My tooth has just snapped and I know I'm going to need a crown 😭😭😭😭💔

Yes, or at least it was 8 years ago when I needed it doing.

Yes all NHS dental care is covered if you’re pregnant, you’ll just need to have your exemption certificate.

Thank you! I'm not actually pregnant but I my baby is 7 months old so I'm hoping I'm still covered the same as my certificate is until he's one!
What a relief!

Maternity exemption for dental care is valid until your baby’s first birthday.
