TWW - let’s keep each other sane!

Officially in the tww after a temp spike yesterday morning and this morning. I’m around 2dpo today, we are onto cycle 4 of ttc baby no 1 which isn’t a long time really but feels like a lifetime. Really hoping this is my month 🤞✨

Usually I go mad googling symptoms and driving myself crazy during the whole wait only for AF to show each month so thought I’d change it up and make a wee thread for people also in the tww. We can all keep each other sane!! Feel free to join everyone is welcome!

My nipples are feel very tingly tonight too, not sure if I'm over thinking my pre AF symptoms! Anyone else going as crazy as me?

@Ginini. I felt postive actually, i did still look at my app and forums. Then my AF came 3 days early. My cycles are between 26 -28 days. As ive been inputting my OPK its pushed my AF date back to a longer cycle which ive never had before. It was due on 28th/29th but not saying 31st 🤷‍♀️ maybe i did ovulate early but that doesnt explain my high OPK now though?

Oooo wonder what's going on, do you wait until AF is late before testing? Fingers crossed 🤞

@JessB89 that's what I'm gonna try next I think! I meant late not early sorry 🙈 do you get any symptoms when ovulating that you noticed?
It's probably my body playing mind games with me 😂 I try and wait till I'm late! I did take one one a fe days ago, as I had brown spotting, but it was negative, probably too early to be honest! I'm gonna give AF till Friday to show then I'll test! Well I'll try to wait till Friday 😂I can't make any promises 😂

@Ginini. Thats ok. I normally get sore boobs but ive had sore boobs since my last cycle. I do sometimes get CM but never really get much so its hard to tell.
Try not to over think im sure it will all fall into place. Easier said than done i know. I always try and wait too. What tests have you got? X

@JessB89 it's hard to tell them isn't it, I guess time will tell, but it's so hard waiting isn't it! Will you wait to test too?
I haven't got any in so I'll go and buy a cheap one on Friday, it should show up buy then, then buy a better one if there's even a hint of a line 😂 I can't keep them in as I just use them 😂 and refuse to keep paying loads for a test when I could pay £1 for 2 and get the same BFN!

@AmberGee hi! So I read that opks can also pick up some of the pregnancy hormone HcG which is similar in structure to LH (or to that affect). Therefore if you are picking up any peaks in your opks a few days before af is due, it could be HcG.

A pregnancy test can only confirm that. Are your opk levels increasing over time? If so that is also a strong indicator!

@ree348 I’ve only done one test I’m going to wait until Saturday to see if my period comes but I’m thinking I had all the symptoms of pregnancy and now today I only really have very light cramping, light back pain and lightly sore boobs, slight spotting around 12pm today

@AmberGee gosh that's so frustrating isn't it. Our body really deceives us during the TTW - either that or we read to much into even little symptom.

I am due next week Monday and all the symptoms I thought I had have also all disappeared.

But remember it's not over till af arrives. Fingers crossed!

@ree348 what symptoms did you have and when did they disappear? What were they like?? Strong? Mild?

@ree348 and @AmberGee all my ‘strange’ symptoms have seemed to have gone too and been replaced with af cramps so I feel like she might be on her way 🙄 (due tomorrow)

@Grace185 @AmberGee I had cramps, back pain (still have that) and sore boobs. All seem to have disappeared now bar the back pain but I think that's because af is due early next week. Think I'm out this month!

@ree348 it’s a mind field isn’t it! My left pelvic pain has got worse this morning and I’m starting to want to know if I should be worried or if it’s even related!

11dpo. Do these look like v faint BFP or indents. I can't tell l. I've gone all shaky at the thought they could be positive and need someone to confirm or give me a reality check 😂

@Dex1521 I can def see a line of the cheapie and think maybe on the other one :) have you got more for tomorrow?

Would it be possible to get a BFP on a cheapie before a branded test? I've got one CB and FRER left I'll maybe use the FRER tomorrow

I think the pink dyes are just easier to spot over the blue dyes. I can see lines in both though. The pink it a lot clearer though.

@Dex1521 I see lines on both I think congrats are in order 😬🤞🏻 I did a cheapie first I think the same as your pink one it was the easy at home strips then I saw a faint line so using the same wee did a frer and got a clear positive snd much darker than the cheapie cause the cheapie is like 10 (strength per urine or something but I don't know the unit of measurement) and frer is 6 so frer detects better if that makes sense. Then I also did a clear blue digital with the same wee at got pregnant 1-2 weeks. This was at 12dpo. If you have a frer and still have your wee I'd do it, if not frer with FMU tomorrow!

@strangerontheinternet I'm trying not to get my hopes up. Will definitely use a FRER with FMU tomorrow but oh my god I'm shaking like a leaf and I've no idea why 😂 definitely thought I was out I've had a cold for a few days, a killer mouth ulcer and I got a Bartholin cyst on my vajayjay (don't google they're horrid) so my immune system has been non existent these past couple of days

@Dex1521 I've heard a lot of people sore throat/cold etc just before BFP as your immune system drops. I know when I found out Tuesday I FaceTimed my bf and my hands were properly uncontrollably shaking 😂 I'm sticking around here a little bit, as I'm cautious so I did 3 tests Tuesday morning with FMU all positive so I didn't do any yesterday and I think AF would have been due today so I did another IC and a another clear blue digital this morning as that would be 48jrs since last tests and 14dpo. My IC wasn't any darker I don't think and my CB digital still said 1-2 weeks I thought it would have been more like 2-3 or 3-4 today. Does anyone know what I should expect?

@strangerontheinternet yeah I woke up with such a sore throat and streaming eyes and and breathless (I do have asthma which gets worse when I've got a cold) so trying to remain calm and test tomorrow morning with FMU
