Super painful ovulation after pill?

I was on the mini pill, desogestrel. My first bleed was OK, a bit heavy at first and didn't stop completely for twelve days but not too painful, I just felt exhausted. Had sex a day before suspected ovulation, got cramps after and diarrhea :/ then on ovulation day severe cramping, ovary pain, sciatic and leg pain. It's been a few days and I still have milder burning/cramping all over abdomen, ovary twinges, low back aches and general bloated/heavy feeling low down. Has anyone else had this after stopping a pill? It's so bad I don't know if I can continue (definitely couldn't have sex again after the pain started so I missed most of the fertile window I guess) I've been bedbound with it and really tired. FWIW I have endometriosis which is controlled with the mini pill taken constantly.

Forgot to add, not sure if first bleed was withdrawal or actual period but I stopped taking the pill six weeks ago.

minipilling, if you get this - how are you doing now? I have also recently stopped desogestrel and I'm getting painful ovaries. Sometimes a sharp pain that lasts just a few seconds and then totally passes, other times a dull ache that lasts a bit longer.

I had to go back on desogestrel for 6wks (long story - endo reasons) and it all stopped. Then I came off and it has started again... It's both sides, some days one side, some days the other side.

I'm now nearly 12wks off this second time and it's still happening, off and on. I do have days where I am totally fine, it's not every day. And for me it's not related to ovulation as it seems to happen randomly during the month. (I don't think I'm ovulating again yet. Maybe there is follicular development happening in both - and they are trying to ovulate.... )

I do also have mild endo, which is why I was on desogestrel in the first place. Anyway, how are you and when did it stop?
