Hello,

Has anyone conceived without cm? Especially without ewcm. I’m cd15 probably will ovulate around cd18/19 and no cm. - I never really have much and I don’t know how to increase it? As I’ve read that could make it harder to conceive.

Hey! I don't struggle with this but I know that fertility lubricants Pre Seed/Concieve Plus are supposed to act as ewcm and help the swimmers get up there and stay up there if you don't produce much naturally. If you haven't tried it already of course! X

JB14C · 10/01/2021 21:17

@babypleasenow I might have to give this ago. I’ve never tried it tbh, but I think I need to. Xx thanks

I never have EWCM and used conceive plus and conceived my past cycle. I’ve been trying since July 2019 so a long time. Deffo worth giving the conceive plus lube and ferti-Lily cup a go

JB14C · 10/01/2021 21:22

Yeah, I’m glad you can actually conceive without producing it naturally!! I need to get some ASAP. I think I’ll ovulate in a couple days so I’m going to do a quick dash to tesco tomorrow and hope it’s there!! Grin

You’ve given me some hope there @Chica1990, I keep worrying not having much of it is contributing to us not conceiving.

I bought some last week from Amazon @JB14C, not tried it yet but I’m in a similar position. I get a little bit but really not much.

2020mission · 10/01/2021 22:12

@JB14C a lot of ladies here drink grapefruit juice (not from concentrate) which is supposed to increase CM, starting from when your period has ended until the fertile window. It tasted awful though! Other than that I'd say the preseed or something is worth a shot. I haven't tried preseed as I tend to get wet during be fertile window so haven't really felt it was worth it.

Kellte · 10/01/2021 22:20

I have to agree with @Chica1990

JB14C · 10/01/2021 22:23

@thislittlebird same! I get so worried tmi I’m not dry, but I do not get this egg white that everyone describes where they can stretch it between their fingers!! I’m going to get some tomorrow if not will order from Amazon.

@2020mission oh I tried grapefruit juice, and without sounding dramatic I could have cried 🤣😂🤣Grin the most horrendous drink ever.

@JB14C I get the tiniest bit off and on for one day usually and I read a book over Christmas that said most women get 5 days of it and that kinda blew my mind so here I am with the pre-seed purchased.

I tried the m&s pink grapefruit juice this week and I liked it but maybe I’m weird lol. Don’t need to drink it for a couple of weeks but when I tried this week I definitely got a runny nose from it so that’s something to look forward to.

I think the lube is more effective when using the applicators by the way, even if you buy the normal one you can get some applicators from amazing. I also read taking evening primrose oil is supposed to help which I ordered and didn’t have a chance to take yet.

Chica1990 · 11/01/2021 04:46

(And hopefully won’t have a chance to all being well!)

JB14C · 11/01/2021 18:55

@Chica1990 that’s interesting, I might have a look at getting some applicators. We just used it like a normal lube. Fingers crossed
