Please bare with me because I know I sound like a crazy person but here goes...
I am currently on cd 18 of my first cycle following a miscarriage at 11 weeks on 22nd November.
I took a test today for some reason and me and dh can see the faintest of lines, I have attached a pic but it is very hard to see on the picture.
Is it even possible to get a bfp on cd 18? Could I have ovulated very early as cycles may be messed up following miscarriage?
Have also attached pic of cycle and when we dtd, please help.

I'm sorry OP but I can't see a line yet. If you ovulated on CD14, it wouldn't be possible to see the line just yet as you have to wait for implantation which happens 6-9 days after so I have read, and then another 24 (or 48hrs) from implantation to show a line.

@newyearisnewtome thank you, I know it wouldn't be possible if I ovulated on cd14, that's why I asked could it be possible I ovulated early. The app just automatically put ovulation at day 14. I dont know when I actually ovulated, but I am aware it would of had to of been cd 9 or 10 for a bfp to be possible.

Ovulation can definitely vary in timings. I got a positive on day 5 of my cycle this month - and has just started on day 17 which is a bit weird for me - just a strange cycle for me. However, I can get a positive on any day up to day 15. I’m all over the damn place. I’m not even ttc - I have 2 girls from ivf. I still like to track my cycles though as it helps me know when my af is due (normally spot on 14 days post ovulation- just not this month 😂). So basically, yes it is possible. Good luck xx

AF not has

Ginini · 10/01/2021 13:34

@Hopefullyttc2 sorry I can't see a line, but if you both can maybe test again in a few days!
As for ovulation, did you have symptoms of ovulation early? I had all my normally ovulation symptoms from CD 7 this month, including ewcm and cramps, I did a little research and it's apparently not uncommon for women to ovulate as early as CD 6 and as late as CD 20, so it is possible x

HipHipHooray7 · 10/01/2021 13:48

Hi OP, did you confirm ovulation by temping or anything? Only reason I ask is that immediately after my miscarriage in October I had a cycle where I ovulated on cycle day 7.. Shock may you ovulated early

HipHipHooray7 · 10/01/2021 13:49

I usually ovulate on cycle day 16, so it was very unusual ( and hasn't been early again since)

Hopefullyttc2 · 10/01/2021 14:11

@HipHipHooray7 I didnt confirm it through temping or anything but I had alot of ewcm becuaslly right after af stopped for a few days. Ill test again in a day or so and see 🤞🤞🤞

@Hopefullyttc2 let us know how you get on OP 😊

newyearisnewtome · 10/01/2021 16:17

Ah sorry OP, yes definitely possible to have ovulated early. I have ovulated on day 9/10 before. Very strange! Good luck
