Ovulation after peak

Hello everyone,

I got a positive ovulation test yesterday and it's still positive this morning. We BD'd last night and will again tonight but does anybody know if the timings of ovulation begin 24-36 hours til ovulation start from the beginning of your peak or the end of your peak? Thank you :)

Hey I think you can still have a positive the next day and I’m sure I read somewhere that it’s 36 hours after your peak that you ovulate!
It’s my first time using them! I bought them for next month but thought I’d pee on one when it came and it turns out I’ve had a peak today on CD23!! So confusing as I thought I’d already ovulated and it seems so late! X

@Gigi1109 just FYI... these tests show a peak when you are pregnant, so also a possibility! What cycle day do you think ovulated?

@els10 I keep thinking this! But it took me 17 months to conceive #1 so I keep thinking I’m being naive to think it could happen the first month of trying this time round!
I thought it was around CD 12 as I had a bit of EWCM on that day x
