Did I early miscarry?

When I was 16 i had unprotected sex with partner and was late on period. 5-6 weeks later I felt the pains leading up to a period, next min I'm having waves of extreme pain which after having a baby resembled contractions. After a while of them coming and going i felt this big peice of vaginal tissue come out, it was alsmost the whole shape of my vaginally wall and even had tiny blood vessels. Shotley after I had no pain or bleeding. Deep down i always felt it was more than a weird period.
Ive currently been on the cerezette pill for 10months after having a baby. I had a 2 week break as I wanted a period. During that break I had sex with partner, he never finished but he precums.. I know.. I'm dumb and never will do that again... ever. A couple days after I had brown spotting, i panicked and went back on the pill. Fast forward to today I had the feeling of a period (my periods stop on the cerezette pill) then I had a couple weak contraction pains, a little blood and then there was a smallish piece of tissue. then the pain stopped, there's been no blood since.

Were these miscrages or simply a weird a period and maybe my body had a little bleed on the pill?
The thought of miscrages saddens me but I know at 16 i wasn't ready 16 and I'm not ready for another just yet.

Hi OP. I have had two losses. For both of them (one at 9 weeks and one at 7), there was a lot of pain and cramps and for the first one there was a LOT of bleeding. Like an extremely heavy period. The second one I had a lot of spotting which resulted in a MMC which ended up requiring surgical intervention.

My point is that neither of these experiences sound like miscarriages to me.

The situation you describe which occurred when you were 16 sounds to me like a decidual cast.

I've never heard of that before, just had a look and it could be. Definitely wasn't as big as some of those pictures though, omg

I was thinking they were maybe al chemical miscarages but after looking this up it sounds like a possibility too

The bleeding on the pill may have been influenced by the pill. A "chemical" for me was simply a late period, no different to a normal period but not a nice experience emotionally.
