Agnus castus Make me feel drowsy

Does anyone feel tired / drowsy when taking Agnus Castus pills.
I can't decide if it's those pills or I am
Coming down with a cold 🤔

I doubt it's the AC. Something else likely. I've taken it many many times and tbh I don't even know if it helped or if it was a placebo but nothing ventured and all that, it certainly didn't hamper my efforts. And it never made me drowsy.
