Hi everyone. I came off the pill in April 2020 and had my withdrawal bleed in the May.

From May up until September my cycles were exactly 30 days. And now suddenly, the last 3 months they are 46 days. I have gained some weight since September/ October so I understand my lifestyle and diet could have a lot to do with it.

However my concern is that my ovulation will be up and down now. I am doing OPK'S at the moment to track when my peak will be. I guess what I'm looking for is for someone to reassure me I will still ovulate with such a long cycle? I read that ovulation doesn't always return after the pill. And I've read various posts about ovulation not occurring with long cycles. And I am scared we will have troubles concieveing. Any one else here with cycles as long as me but still have been successful? I know i shouldn't read into everything that I see online, but its hard not to sometimes.

Thank you in advance ☺ 😘

Hi! I'm on the post pill thread and there's loads of us with wonky cycles after the pill. A lot of us are tracking bbt as we've found that although we were getting peaks on our opks, we weren't necessarily ovulating. Or there would be multiple peaks and it was hard to pinpoint when ovulation occurred as a result.

So I guess if you're worried about odd cycles I'd recommend bbt tracking and perhaps come join the Post pill thread!
