Sore boobs?

Hi everyone,
I know this may have been asked 1000 times already but I am TTC baby no. 1; on cycle 4on CD23 and 8 DPO (based on a clear blue OPK static smiley). Today my boobs have been quite tender, not incredibly painful but noticeable particularly on the sides heading towards my armpit. I've also had one episode of short shooting pains that felt like they were going through my nipple (plus my nipples are quite sensible) Is it really possible to have symptoms this early, has anyone else had this in previous pregnancies?! Or am I optimistically symptom spotting (which I promised myself I wouldn't do!!)
Thanks for any advice!

@hels301990 this is a symptom that I get each month around day 24- mine have been SO sensitive this month around so I was hopeful for a BFP but my heart rate is so low it seems unlikely

I get Boob pain on and off through my normal cycle so I can't pinpoint go in pain changes during pregnancy but my god the nipple pain. Agony. I had to stand with my back to the shower flow as the water falling on them was tear jerking.

It was a very early sign for me (a pre-testing stage sign).

My boobs are so sore atm! I’m about 9dpo and don’t usually get sore boobs at all. Did get a bfn yesterday afternoon so trying not to get my hopes up but can’t help it with how much my boobs hurt 😬

That was always one of the first symptoms I got very very early on. That and being dizzy during any exercise

They are worse today! Feel bruised at the sides and all tingly/pins and needle sort of pain behind nipples every so often. fingers crossed this is a good sign!!

🤞🤞🤞

Does sound like how I was and that was way before a test was picking it up. I was very surprised how early on I got symptoms

I always get boob pain before AF, all 3 of my pregnancies have been the only time I don't get it!

Good luck for when you test

I know!! Why is it the early pregnancy symptoms are all the same as AF lol I don't usually get boob pain but who knows when you are TTC

@hels301990 totally agree! And I can never remember what my normal symptoms are month to month!

hels301990 · 09/01/2021 18:03

I know I hate it! My boobs were so bad this morning but have eased off a lot over the day; I've also had a teeny tiny bit of brown/pink bleeding when we had sex earlier. I really thought this might have been my month but now think I might be out...the end of the 2WW is torturous!

@hels301990 isn't it! I'm 11dpo and due AF tomorrow. My boobs were agony for three days - probably days 7 onwards - but have eased off now. I'm not feeling too hopeful as my heart rate has been quite low but we shall see. Had what felt like period ache earlier today but again as you say the symptoms are all the same aren't they!

So similar - due Tuesday! How does the heart rate thing work?

@hels301990 to be honest it's the first month I've paid attention to it, there's another thread on here of people trying that track it. The theory is that your resting heart rate dips for implementation and will then increase as your heart pumps more blood (I'm sure there is a more scientific answer 😆) I didn't wear my Fitbit for most of the last year out of laziness guilt so only recently put it back on!
