4 days late - copper coil. Positive or negative

Hello,

I am hoping you guys can help, I am 4 days late with a copper coil in situ or at least I think.

I have contacted my doctors as I have taken tests which show a very faint line during the time frame. Me and my partner are adamant we see 2 lines but would like some reassurance :-)
