So, my partner and I have decided we want to start trying for a baby. I already have an 8 year old girl from a previous relationship.
I have been diagnosed with PCOS and had a tumour which was affecting my hormones and I didn’t have a period for 5 years. I had the tumour removed about 9 years ago and fell pregnant with my daughter after 2 months of trying.
I just have this feeling of dread and that I won’t be able to conceive. I can’t explain why just that I feel this way.
Have you guys got any tips that help with conception? Any vitamins or supplements you recommend to help with ovulation? I’m already using the Flo app but any help would be appreciated.
TIA.

I felt like this with both ttc experiences without any medial issues or logical reason so I can’t even begin to understand how you feel and the anxiety.

Definitely track your cm (cervical mucus) that is one of the best ways to see when your fertile. Not to sound like a doctor but eat right, reduce caffeine and junk food. Try to be a good weight if possible. It’s proven doing the deed daily isn’t as beneficial as every 2 days I think from memory.

There is ttc lubricants which are suppose to be beneficial and in terms of vitamins, avoid anything with vitamin a & starting taking folic acid.

Good luck, sending positive baby vibes your way!!
