No, it isn`t positive, as the first line has to be darker than the second one.
Did you try to use app with it? They tell you the T/C rate so it is easier to figure it out.
I have attached mine so you can have an idea what to look for.

Not yet! It needs to be as strong as the control line and it's shy of that still. Test again around 4-5pm? If not then I'm sure you'll have your peak in the next day or so :)

@Tina8800 I find the apps can be misleading as I'd say your CD17 is a peak already.

Thank you, will download the app, I didnt start taking the test until today so next month I will start doing it properly from the end of my period (unless I'm lucky enough to fall pregnant this month 🤞).

Today is my first day using OPKs, like ever so much to get used too! Had negative today, I’m due to ovulate over the next few days so here’s hoping!

@Tina8800 I got the app, this is my results, looks like my peak was last night. But its alot lower than yours? Is this normal? Sorry this full thing is confusing me a bit.

@Wishingforarainbow7 I had the same issue with the app! I ovulate late (day 20) so the app said peak every time when I reached the highest around day14 (the app calculates that day as your highest because most women ovulate around day14 but it will change if you keep logging). I think it should be for around 2 days high, so I don`t think you ovulated. Keep checking! You might ovulate later too. Is this your first month using the opk?
