Hi, I've been taking my temperature every morning at the same time before I get up, but I can't see an increase to show ive ovulated, and it's all over the place. I had a positive cheap OPK and Clearblue digital but now I'm worried I'm not ovulating? Reading online suggests this can be a sign of low progresterone? Any help would be appreciated
