Anyone else 2/3 dpo?

Hey anyone else similar dpo and want to ensure the tww with me? I got a positive OPK on Friday (not temping so assuming I'm 2/3dpo).

Haven't really done much different this month apart from DP started wellman conception vitamins a few weeks ago and we actually tried home insemination this month as he knows when I'm ovulating now so finds it hard to finish during sex cos of the pressure. Which is hella annoying and I feel bad for him. We are on cycle 11 of TTC. X

Hi @babypleasenow ! I'm almost sure I'm 2 DPO could be three. Had a high fertility on ClearBlue OPK on the 1st, 2nd and morning of the 3rd. By late Sunday afternoon/evening I was back to low so hoping I just missed the peak on the kit. We BD the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and this morning wrecked after it all!

This is my first month TTC after coming off the pill on 17th of Dec. had my first post pill period on the 21st. I wasn't actually expecting to ovulate this month but I was only on the pill for 3 months and I know exactly when I'm ovulating as I get pains and have EWCM(sorry tmi!) hopefully we get BFPs soon xx

Hey!!! Ahhh that's annoying, what times were you testing and how many times a day? I normally do clear blue and strip opks and keep testing 3 times a day until I get a positive or peak! Haha I know right! It's tiring after all the bd'ing, I just normally keep going until I have no more ewcm.

Well I hope you conceive soon! I'm getting tired of the whole thing now, and sick of getting my period. Hopefully we have bfps this month, update me on any symptoms you get ✨💛

I’m 2dpo today! I got my positive opk and I temp too so confident of my dates.

It’s our 16th cycle of ttc and we’ve had 4 miscarriages within the last 12 months.

We managed to dtd the last 8 days in a row so 🤞🏻 We’ve covered everything as I had the ewcm for a few days before the positive opk.

I’m taking a low dose aspirin this month too because of the recurrent losses.

Fingers crossed we all get our bfp’s!

When is everyone testing? My lp is 13 days long and so af is due 17th. I will likely start testing from 8dpo though. I can never wait more than that! Lol

I was testing around 9am, 2pm and 7pm! Because we were BD'ing I think we did it enough to cover the peak. I ran out of OPKS that day so it was maybe a 12 hour gap. I was high for 2 days.

Last night had a small bit of EWCM and today it's gonna and cervix has lowered so fingers crossed! This baby making business is tiring and it's our first time trying 😂

I'm gonna try wait til the 16/17th to test if I don't have any pre AF cramps I usually get them a day or 2 before. I don't want to test too early cause a BFN would be disappointing.. I was taking folic acid any time I remember in October/November then didn't really in December and back on it now!

@Rmd123 oh ok so yeah you should be covered then.

When we first started TTC I always used to test from about 10/11 dpo but got fed up with seeing bfns so now I just wait because I always get pre af spotting (I try to convince myself it's implantation bleeding every month😂) but yeah, I always know when it's coming cos of the spotting and I get HELLLA sore boobs. 🙄

But af is due on the 17th xx

Also.... is there any way to reply to someone whilst also being able to see what they've written to you at the same time? I'm always having to remember what people are saying then quickly typing a reply because I can't seem to find how to do it!?!. X

@babypleasenow I use the Mumsnet app! When I'm writing to you now I just pull the message I'm typing down to see what you said, then press reply and it stays there!

@babypleasenow hi! I had some bleeding this morning which was (TMI) dark brown.. it's turned to more of a blood colour now but still very light and not due AF for 2 weeks? I think it would be a withdrawal bleed from finishing pill in de ember although I had a 4 day withdrawal on the 21st December. Dunno what's going on! Was only on pill for 4 months

Hey @Rmd123 Huh that is weird...tbh since TTC I've had one mid cycle bleed and it was just spotting until af came.

But yours could be a one off like mine too, or like you said the pill leaving your system. Did you dtd last night? I've had a bleed from to much sex as well😂😂

@babypleasenow nope not DTD last fight we were too tired 😂 I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days.. dunno if it will affect chances of conceiving this month but there's always next month! I have 3 period apps, not for any reason I was seeing which best suited me and I've updated one to say I had my period today so at least I'll remember.

Yeah fair enough, I turned my DP down cos I just can't be bothered after all the Baby dancing over ovulation 😂

That's a good outlook, if not this month then there's always next because you have only just stopped taking your pill I wouldn't stress. Yeah I use an app too but only really to write down when my period starts/ends and on what days I get symptoms.

I think I am 4/5 dpo now but so far I'm feeling fine! It's dragging a lot, especially as I'm not in work at the moment because I have to shield from Covid. But then again, as my period gets closer I get more and more nervous as I dread seeing spotting :(

@babypleasenow I'm out of work for the foreseeable as I work in the beauty industry. DH is working from home but off this week so we have plenty of time to BD over the next few months. I reckon I'll be off til at least March. I live in Ireland and the cases are crazy here at the moment.

Try find something to keep you occupied, walking, cleaning, a new series! I find this app great but I also check it all the time so get a bit obsessed. Need to stop looking at my phone so much!

@Rmd123 ahhhh really :( I really feel for you guys in the beauty industry- it's been such a hard year for you. My best friend has her own beauty business and has struggled. I'm in England. But yes, every time we go into lockdown I can't help but think yes!! Plenty of time to take OPKS and baby dance 😂

Yeah you're right, I've been watching the circle on Netflix this last week. But like you, I'm always on here!! I'm always fine until the two week wait, then I just wanna read everything baby related - it's so bad. I used to be obsessed with watching pregnancy announcement videos on YouTube when we first started TTC but now they kind of make me sad. 💋

@babypleasenow hi! So an unusually AF made an appearance on the 6th ☹️ I had a withdrawal bleed from the pill on the 21st December so wasn't expecting it as I though I ovulated but did get the peak fertility on OPKS. My ClearBlue app is telling me to start them again tomorrow so I'm gonna do one a day until I see high fertility.

I've no idea how ovulation will go this month just hoping it will happen! It's so hard isn't it?
