Hello, I recently started getting my regulars periods back in the past 3 months but then my December period was late. I had been using 2 different cycle tracking apps so I thought id be lucky that month. Was ment to come on on the 10th dec but nothing untill today (5th jan)
How do I make sure I'm ttc at the right time in the month? I used ov tests but they just came back with a. Faint line every time🤷‍♀️ getting impatient now especially with my period being nearly a month late. Just wanna see that second line😞🥺

Hey hun. I would maybe try using a digital ovulation test and tracking your temperature too.

Good luck xx

Hey hun. Of course not! I'm new to all this too lol. So apparently your basel body temperature rises when you are in peak fertility. Not sure how to check it but I've seen loads on here suggest and swear by it. Have a look on Google xx

Hi! Agreed on the temperature tracking. Basal body temp is the temperature you are first thing in the morning before sitting up in bed or doing anything. All you need is a cheap bbt thermometer from amazon (£10) and fertility friend for charting. Basically your temperature is higher in the luteal phase so you can pinpoint ovulation that way.

The apps you are currently using purely guess when you ovulate but may be completely off so are not reliable.

@Juno231 I did think this with the apps but my periods were regular for the October November and then December would have been 3rd normal in a row. They was all on time so I thought the app would have a good chance at getting the ovulation date if it knows all my periods x
