Regular 40 day cycles

Is it possible to have 40 day cycles without having pcos?

My cycles are regular but are always 40-42 days long and I ovulate (according to OPK) CD 28.

Does this happen with anyone else? I’ve been tested for pcos and although I have cysts on ovaries I do not have the hormone imbalance according to my doc

I was the same. Although mine were around 50 days. I now no longer have periods.

I think as long as they are regular there is no worry here. Just a different pace to others
