Period & Sickness, Could I be Pregnant?

Need some advice...we are TTC
Yesterday I started bleeding so thought my period is here we will just start again!
Today I'm still bleeding but have been sick which never happens... Could I be pregnant? Or am I just reading too much into this and my period is making me sick?

The only way to know would be to take a pregnancy test

I'm such an overthinker and want to be pregnant so badly.
You do hear crazy stories about periods and being pregnant but think I'm just overreacting as usual!
I will see how I feel in a few days and maybe test if no better by the weekend.

Never apologise, its more than understandable, I am the worst for reading too much in to things when it comes to TTC! I do get bad sickness when AF is due, & its worse in the morning which just adds to my TTC troubles! I would wait a couple of days just to see how it progresses & then test.

Morning sickness usually starts with just nausea for me, I’ve only ever actually been sick a handful of times during pregnancy, around about the 8-10 week mark, so tbh it doesn’t sound like you’re pregnant to me. Obviously everyone is different though.
