Hi guys. What are the chances of getting pregnant if you have sex once during the fertile window, 5 days before ovulation?

I would say probably not that high? You are reliant on the sperm staying alive until the egg is released which is a maximum of around 5 days. Your chances will be much higher closer to and just after ovulation.
