Hi I'm TTC number 5. With number 4 I had gd and I'm wondering what the chances are I'll have it again?

Hi, if you have had it confirmed in a previous pg then you re classed as automatically having it in subsequent pregnancies- well in my area that's the case. Your midwife refers you to the diabetic clinic at your booking in apt. Good luck GD is hard! There is a brilliant Facebook group for it that made my 2nd pg easier as I understood more

I'm annoyed because I only had it with baby 4. It's not so much the management of the gd but it limits my birth choices. I want to give birth at home.
