Cycle all over the place after MC

I had a miscarriage in April and since then my menstrual cycles have been all over the place. We do want another baby so I got to try and regulate it at least so I know when I ovulate etc. Right now there are no lappointments at my GP due to COVID so I thought I ask on here if anyone knows any herbal or other natural remedies to regulate menstrual cycles? TIA

Sorry for your loss x

Vitex / Agnus Castus is supposed to help regulate cycles.

I had a mc in May which finally concluded in July but my AF didn’t show for 18 weeks, I tried all sorts. But then she arrived, then again 15 days later and then another 22 days later. I’ve heard it can take about 6 months to regulate again after a mc but can take longer.

Are your cycles shorter or longer? X

@TTCROYGBIV thank you so much for your response. Well, I always had sort of irregular periods. 21-29 days periods and ovulated on day 9. But I knew exactly when I am ovulating which made things easy. Now it's just all over the place. I MC in April so about time it gets sorted. Is there a particular brand you used?

No advice from me I’m sorry except perhaps time.. ☹️ I miscarried in April 2020, was incomplete but not picked up until June so went in for D&C. Period was fairly regular after that for about 5 months until I got a period 2 weeks after the last, went back to GP (as I was worried it was related to the surgery) who referred me for scan and bloods, both which came back normal 🤷🏻‍♀️ GP did say it could all be part of the healing process after the surgery.. 😣 sending you lots of baby dust vibes xx

Hey,

i had MC in June and it did take a while for my cycles to return to normal tbh, I was having super short ones and then they started to return properly in October time. its just time really. I take pregnacare pre conception which definitely has helped but i have also heard of the angus castus too! although some reviews say they lengthen your cycle so maybe speak to your GP?

Im so sorry for your loss and sending hugs xxx

@Farfaraway1 it's crazy how complicated our bodies right? Well saying that it's probably true, we need time to heal. I am going to try ans watch what I eat i.e. more nutritious etc. Let's see. Thank you sending you love and light

I miscarried in July and my cycles aren't particularly back to normal. Periods are now shorter, but I have spotting in the week or so in the run up to my period which I never had before.
