POAS: 10 seconds? really?

This peeing on a stick thing, the packet says 10 seconds. This seems a long time to pee continuously, is it really necessary?

(I haven't been timing my wees, honest)

No idea but I used to pee in a pot (clean & dry one) & dip the stick in for how long it needed.. (ie 10 secs) - works just as well...

I always managed to spray pee all over myself & toilet when doing it directly on the stick

Am seriously considering buying myself a pee pot at the next opportunity.

Am beginning to think I might be making a habit of weeing on things...

Ah, a pee pot. I wondered about that, but I couldn't think of a receptacle I was happy to use for that purpose!

A purpose bought pee pot would make sense

Girls you can buy urine sample pots from any chemist (including tescos) but I just bought a clip-it pot (small food storage) as it has a wider opening (?) and keep it especially for weeing

I just use some cheapo Tupperware beaker!

I actually think collecting the pee and 'dunking' is far more effective (and less messy!) than peeing directly on the stick.

Much easier.. i dont trust myself to not completely miss the stick when peeing

Ive heard of deoderant can lids used before.
When I went away on holiday last week I just took a little pot with me - The old film cases with a little lid. Could pop it into my wasbag without taking up loadsa room.

What about going to a cheapy pound shop and buying a pack of plastic glasses (party kind, like plastic knives and forks) Can just throw them away after use rather than have a piss pot hanging around.
Thats what im going to do if I continue to use the sticks that I started using this month.... Hopefully I wont need too
