After an awful year of baby loss last year, I'm planning to take a little break to get my body back in good shape and I'm waiting to see the clinic to investigate everything. But I'm wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for what vitamins I could be taking to build up my system before trying to conceive again?
I was told to take high dose folic acid but wondered if there are any good recommendations with this to include vit d and what else is good to take before ttc? Thanks

I've been taking high dose B vitamins. I did have a 10/11 day luteal but since taking B vits for a few months, AF usually comes on day 12/13. Im not sure if it's healthy to take very high dose B vits for a long time though. I'm going to show them to my clinic on my first visit on Monday

@CycleGirl20 which ones are u taking? I think after tracking ovulation past few months I also have a short luteal phase and wonder if it's anything to do with my chemical pregnancies.

Holland and Barrett 50mg ones. They're expensive, but they have given me an extra day

@CycleGirl20 could u possibly post the link to them? Thank you :)

Have you read 'it starts with the egg'? Lots of useful info in there about supplements and special sections for supplements following recurrent loss.

Sorry you've had such a hard year Thanks
