Mild cramping from ovulation to AF

Hey ladies and happy new year.

So since I've been TTC and am more in tune with my body I notice I seem to cramp from ovulation right through until AF.

It's super mild in the TWW and if I'm preoccupied I can't feel it but it's every month.

Does anyone experience the same or know why this could be?

Hey @beckyBP!

I've found that I get the same - weird isn't it! Like you say we've probably always had it but only become more in tune with our bodies now we're TTC Smile

Hey @mooloop I suddenly had a panic like 'ah is there something wrong' but one of the girls I speak to said she gets it too and it's almost as if it's the egg travelling down which would actually make perfect sense wouldn't it and it is what it feels like.

I just had a minor stress. Always nice to know you're not alone isn't it xx

@beckyBP definitely - it's a minefield isn't it! Can't believe I ever panicked that having sex one time definitely = pregnancy when I was younger 😂

Tell me about it @mooloop I genuinely think we need to be educated differently and properly as I only learnt this now and I'm 29!!!

This could be progesterone related symptoms? My cramps one month 7 days before AF were almost as bad as during! X

@Birchtree4 thanks I'll look into that and might book a drs appointment if unsuccessful this month.

Mine are never painful. As I say they're so mild I hardly know they're there. I get proper cramps on the first day of AF and then nothing really x

Mine have started recently after my last ectopic. I get something like growing pains in my thighs and legs. They tend to be quite mild, always have been. Previously, I got them just the day before af arrived but now it keeps happening right from ovulation until af arrives. It's bloody annoying since it's mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep. I've got endometriosis, which is also one of the reasons we've now been ttc #2 for nearly 3 years. (DS took us 4 years...) I've got an appointment to have my tubes flushed next week, which I hope will work. If it doesn't, I'll have another laparoscopy which did the trick last time. Fingers crossed.
